Help Charleston Moves to advance safe, equitable access for people walking and biking over the North Bridge and Wappoo Cut Bridge.
The roads and bridges in our area should work for everyone! It is so important that our communities be connected in meaningful ways that allow pedestrians, cyclists, mass transit users get to where they need to go safely. Motorists also benefit from this safer infrastructure that makes collisions with pedestrians/cyclists less likely and by lessening traffic. It is a win-win for the community at large and real action is happening!
These bridges currently lack any safe space for people to cross the river. With lives already lost, we cannot afford to sit back. Please stand with me to support real, positive change by connecting our communities and providing equitable opportunities.
